order terms

  • design process

    After your description I will do you a round of designs until you are happy.

    Please be as specific as possible as I will base the actual latex off this. I.e you want the letters as big as possible or the dots perfectly round.

  • timeline

    Custom Orders can take up to 3 Months. Once you have paid a deposit you will join my waiting list. The 3 months does not begin until I have your measurements as I cannot make your latex without accurate measurements. If there is a delay I will let you know asap but please be aware I am one person and if I am sick or bereaved orders can slow down.

  • custom designs

    Because your order is custom - I will be making the pattern for the first time which means they have not been tried before.

    This means a round of alterations can be expected occasionally.

    This doesn’t always happen but please be aware of the possibility.

  • returns & refunds

    Your latex is non returnable or refundable.

    However I will do whatever I can to make sure you have a piece you love if you do not love it first time.
